Bonuses
How is the welcome package split up?
It is spread over your first four deposits: Start Strong (100% Bonus + 50 Spins), Keep the Momentum (75% Bonus + 75 Spins), Sweeten the Deal (125% Bonus + 25 Spins) and Finish Big (100% Bonus + 100 Free Spins). Caps and wagering are listed in each offer's own terms on Tusk, so have a look before claiming.
What do the weekly missions give me?
Mondays start with 55 Free Spins and Tuesdays bring 75 Free Spins. Wednesday is a 50% Bonus, then Thursday hands out 100 Free Spins and Friday goes up to 135 Free Spins. Saturday closes with Cashback 20%. Names get a seasonal makeover now and then, so going by the day and the amount is the simplest way to follow along.
How does the Wheel of Luck work?
It is a Tusk promotion whose slogan is "Every Spin is a Win!". Pop over to the promotions page on Tusk for the current prizes and how spins are earned.
When does a Tusk bonus run out?
After 7 days. Any wagering left unfinished by then means the bonus, plus winnings made with it, can be taken away.
How much can I stake per bet with a bonus running?
Up to R10. Stake more than that and you risk losing both the bonus and anything it helped you win.
Do no-deposit bonuses limit what I can cash out?
They do. Unless a specific offer says something else, a free no-deposit bonus lets you withdraw up to 2x the bonus amount, with 100x wagering attached. Players in certain countries can not claim no-deposit bonuses at all.
Money
How little can I deposit?
R25 on most methods, while a few set a higher floor. You will see each method's limit inside the cashier.
How much do I need before I can withdraw?
R1000. You also need to play your deposit through one full time before a cashout is allowed.
What paperwork could Tusk ask me for?
Typically proof of identity (your passport or a national ID card), proof of address such as a utility bill from the last few months, and a snap of your payment card showing only the first and last digits. Checks kick in when your withdrawals reach R1000 in total, though Tusk can also verify smaller amounts.
Is crypto accepted for deposits?
Yes. Crypto deposits work, and the Crypto Deposit Offer gives you 50% Bonus + 50 Spins.
Country and access
Can I play at Tusk Casino from the United Kingdom?
No. Tusk does not accept players from the United Kingdom. Please do not try a VPN to get around it: Tusk can refuse bets and shut accounts when one is used to register or play.
Why does a .co.uk site talk about rand?
Tusk does not take UK players, so everything here is aimed at people playing from South Africa, and every amount is shown in rand (R).
Where else is Tusk closed to players?
Besides the UK, Tusk turns away players from EU member states (Germany included), plus Australia, the US, Ontario, the Netherlands and a handful of other regions.
What is the minimum age?
18. Nobody younger can open an account or play.
